Heather Schramm

I’m Heather Schramm, owner of Infinite Moments Travel and a travel advisor based in Medina, Ohio. Over the past five years as a travel professional, I’ve grown Infinite Moments Travel into a multimillion-dollar, multiple-award-winning travel agency built around personalized service, expertise, and attention to detail.

My specialties include cruises, all-inclusive resorts, Disney and Universal vacations, family travel, and multigenerational trips. Autism-friendly travel is especially personal to me. My son is on the autism spectrum, so in addition to my professional certification, I have firsthand experience navigating travel with a child on the spectrum and understanding the extra considerations that can make a family vacation more successful.

Before becoming a travel advisor, I was a teacher. That experience taught me to listen, communicate clearly, and recognize that every person and every family has different needs.

I am an Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC) through CLIA, a Certified Travel Professional, a Certified Travel Agency Owner, and a Certified Autism Travel Professional (CATP) through IBCCES. I’ve also completed advanced training with Disney, Royal Caribbean, Sandals and Beaches Resorts, Jamaica Tourism Board, and many of the other travel suppliers we work with.
